As a continues effort to empower women and encourage their engagement in the political world that we live in, The Onslow County Republican Women’s Club offers annual scholarships of $1000 to a young woman who is a graduating senior from any public, private or homeschool in Onslow County. If you (or your daughter) is about to go to college, please request and complete the scholarship application. We will be updating our information as to the issuing date, and due date for the 2024 graduates as soon as it is available. The scholarship was presented at the Ladies Liberty Tea Afternoon Tea Social on July 15th. This years winner for the 2023 Scholarship is Oliva Stoots. Congratulations! Olivia’s essay was an outstanding insight to her personal views and outlook to the future. We were happy that she shared her writing at the Social. She has a great future.
